    Description:

    Japanese folding fan (sensu 扇子) made of cardboard, decorated with green and gold maple leaves on a pearly ivory background, with silver ryūsui 流水 water patterns.
    The frame is made of black lacquered wood, simple and well-finished.

    The design combines aomomiji 青紅葉, young green maple leaves, with ryūsui 流水: a motif representing flowing water and its eddies. The green and metallic foliage unfolds above the silver lines. Both sides are decorated.

    This plant and aquatic association evokes summer freshness and the peaceful movement of a traditional Japanese landscape.

    A very beautiful traditional Japanese fan, we love the momiji, the green and gold maple leaves that stand out superbly against the pearly ivory background! With the leaves and water movements, just looking at this fan makes you feel refreshed!
