    Step into the world of KOGEDO l’Atelier and design your own modern haori, entirely handmade in Paris, from traditional 100% cotton Japanese fabrics.

    Two possible customizations:

    • I choose my size. A haori designed for you, adapted to your morphology: loose, fluid, comfortable. We will guide you to choose the ideal size.
    • I choose my Mix & Match of Japanese fabrics from the Atelier's remaining stock of 100% cotton fabrics.

    Dive into the Atelier's textile treasures:

      • Select a fabric for the main piece (the body of the haori)
      • Choose a contrasting fabric for the finishes (collar and sleeve hems)
      • And why not a back panel for a personal touch

    How does it work?

    Create your modern haori in a few simple steps:

    Contact Mikan to start your custom creation. She will present you with the fabrics available at the Atelier, help you choose the right combinations, and answer all your questions.

    Once your choices are validated, pay for your haori directly on this page to start the creation process.

    3. Manufacturing – Mikan gets to work🧵 at the Atelier
    Each piece is handmade in our Parisian workshop, with care, patience, and passion.

    4. Shipping – Your haori is on its way
    We send it to you according to the shipping method you have chosen.

    📦 Is delivery really free?

    Yes! It is offered and tracked at a Mondial Relay pick-up point (or delivered to your home if your order is over €150). Each order is carefully protected, packaged and shipped from France.

    🎌 Are the items authentic?

    Absolutely. All pieces are sourced in Japan from local vendors, markets, or artisans. They are authentic vintage items or Japanese handicrafts, unique and steeped in history.

    ✨ It's a one-of-a-kind piece. What if someone buys it before I do?

    Unfortunately… there won’t be two of them! If you like a product, don’t wait too long. Once sold, it disappears from the shop. But sometimes some tableware may be available in multiple copies!

    🔁 Can I return an item if I change my mind?

    Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to contact us. We will always find a benevolent solution if an item does not suit you.

    Of course. The site is fully secured via Shopify (credit card, Visa, Mastercard, ApplePay, Paypal, Klarna, iDEAL and Bancontact) and your payments are protected.

    💳 Do you offer installment payments?

    Yes. For orders starting from €250, you can pay in 3 interest-free installments via Klarna.
